Mombasa Moi International Airport serves the city of Mombasa on Kenya's southeastern Indian Ocean coast. The airport is Kenya's second busiest airport, behind Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, and is operated by the Kenya Airports Authority. Originally known as Port Reitz Airport, Mombasa commenced international operations in 1975. Today it is served by a number of African and European carriers.
