About

Grabtsevo Airport, also known as Kaluga Airport, is an airport that serves Kaluga, a city situated 150kms southwest of Moscow. The airport was closed between 2009 and May-2015, reopening after the regional government sought to expand it in order to serve the burgeoning industrial production and manufacturing facilities in the region. Grabtsevo Airport received international status in Aug-2015.
