Khrabrovo Airport serves Kaliningrad, the centre of Kaliningrad Oblast, a Russian enclave on the Baltic Sea. The airport is located 24km north of the city, near the village of Khrabrovo. The airport has connections to major cities in Russia and Eastern Europe. Khrabrovo Airport was opened in 1945 and received international status in 1989.
