Grand Bahama International Airport serves the city of Freetown on the island of Grand Bahama in the Bahamas. Grand Bahama is popular tourist destination and is served by airlines from across the United States and the Bahamas.
In Apr-2021, Bahamas' Government acquired 100% ownership of Freeport Grand Bahama International Airport from Hutchison Port Holdings. Bahamas Airport Authority commenced operation of the airport on 31-May-2021.
