Delingha Airport is a regional Chinese airport, located 29 kilometres southwest of Delingha, the capital of the Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, in Qinghai Province. It began commercial services on 16-Jun-2014. The airport is capable of handling up to Boeing 737-700-sized aircraft. The airport is operated by the Qinghai Provincial government and is classified as a category 4C airport, with a 3000m runway. The airport sets 2020 as its target year to achieve annual passenger numbers of 160,000.
