"Belbek" Sevastopol International Airport is located in Belbek, near Sevastopol, on the disputed Crimean Peninsula. In Jun-2014, Russia's Ministry of Defence and the Sevastopol Legislative Assembly agreed to the open the airport up for commercial operations.
This airport falls within the disputed territory of Crimea, but has been classified as being in the Russian Federation for traffic and capacity integrity purposes.
