About
Beja Airport is located near the town of Beja, in Portugal's Alentejo region. The airport opened in 2011 though has had difficult in attracting carriers, with no scheduled services. Plans have been floated to utilise the airport as a base for logistics, cargo and maintenance operations. The airport is operated by ANA Aeroportos de Portugal, under concession to VINCI Airports.
