Ural Airlines JSC is a Russian carrier headquartered in Yekaterinburg. Moscow Domodedovo International Airport and Yekaterinburg Koltsovo International Airport serve as the carrier's main hubs for passenger and freight services. Established in 1943 as Sverdlovsk State Air Enterprises, the carrier operated under the Aeroflot Group. Ural Airlines became a joint stock company in 1993, following the dissolution of the Aeroflot Group. Ural Wings (75.09%) and Ural Transport Bank (14.67%) have a majority stake in carrier.
