About
Sky Georgia was a Georgian airline based in its capital, Tbilisi. The company was founded in 1998 as Air Bisec, in 2004 the airline was re-named to Georgian National Airlines. In October 2008, the airline was sold to the US-Investment-Fond Sky Group. After a break of 2 months, the airline started their operations again in December as Sky Georgia with a fleet of 5 aircraft. The official Sky Georgia timetable stopped listing scheduled flights in 2011, it is assumed the carrier has ceased operations.
