SAX-Tanzania is a proposed start-up to be launched by parent, Fly-SAX. SAX-Tanzania had planned to commence domestic services from Dar-es-Salaam to Kigoma, Kilimanjaro and Mwanga in Dec-2014. The carrier's launch is now expected in 2016, subject to approval by the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority. SAX-Tanzania will operate 68-seat Bombardier Q400 equipment.
