Pioner - Regional Airlines
Pioner - Regional Airlines, formerly known as Aeroservis, is a Russian regional carrier established in 1996. The carrier operates a small fleet of Antonov aircraft out of their hub at Makhachkala Uytash Airport in southern Russia.
Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) annulled Pioner - Regional Airlines's Air Operator's Certificate (AOC), effective 07-Feb-2017.
