Pascan Aviation was founded in 1999 by Serge Charron. It is a regional airline based at Montreal Saint-Hubert Airport, operating scheduled services to destinations in Quebec and Labrador, as well as charter services. Pascan restructured its operations in late 2016 under a bankruptcy recovery programme. The carrier operates with a fleet of Jetstream 32 and PC-12 turboprop aircraft.
