NXT Air is a cargo airline to be based in Bangladesh. The carrier received a no objection certificate (NOC) on 17-Dec-2021 and took delivery of its first aircraft, an ATR 72F (MSN 395), on 20-Dec-2021. Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) awarded an air operator's certificate (AOC) to NXT Air in Jan-2022. The cargo airline commenced domestic services to Dhaka, Chittagong and Jessore on 29-Jan-2022.
