NewLeaf Travel was a Canadian virtual LCC based at Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport. The carrier commenced service operations on 25-Jul-2016, with a Hamilton-Moncton service. NewLeaf operated daily services from the company's bases in Kelowna, Winnipeg and Hamilton to multiple domestic and international destinations using Boeing 737-400 aircraft. Flair Airlines completed the purchase of NewLeaf Travel Company’s assets, establishing itself "as Canada's third national airline" on 07-Jun-2017. NewLeaf Travel offered ULCC fares as a ticket reseller, with Flair providing all services and aircraft prior to the acquisition. Flair plans to maintain NewLeaf's service structure and operations, but hopes to expand its network with new destinations. NewLeaf Travel Company Inc was a privately-held Canadian company.
