About
MyWay Airlines is a Georgian carrier based at Tbilisi International Airport. MyWay took delivery of its first Boeing 737-800 aircraft on 17-Oct-2017, and second 737-800 on 10-Nov-2017. The carrier offers services from Georgia to Europe, Middle East, Asia and CIS destinations. The carrier secured an AOC from the Georgian CAA on 26-Feb-2018, and operated its first charter service in Apr-2018. Regular scheduled services commenced on 13-Jun-2018, with Batumi-Kharkiv service.
On 09-Nov-2020, Plus Aviation Investment completed the acquisition of MyWay Airlines, becoming the sole owner of the carrier. The shares were purchased for USD1.95 million.
