Marianas Southern Airways is a carrier based in Saipan. The carrier is a JV of MP Enterprises and Southern Airways Express. The airline commenced operations with Saipan-Tinian service on 12-Aug-2022.

Marianas Southern Airways (MSA) ceased operations after 01-Apr-2023, due to the Northern Mariana Islands Government terminating its USD8 million sole source contract with MSA to operate inter island air passenger and cargo services between Saipan, Tinian, Rota and Guam.
