Lithuanian Airlines, also known as fly-LAL Lithuanian Airlines and LAL, was the flagship carrier of Lithuanian from 1991 to 2009. The carrier was based in Vilnius, operating domestic and international passenger services with Yak-42, Tu-134 and An-24 aircraft. Lithuanian Airlines ceased commercial air services on 17-Jan-2009, due to financial difficulties. flyLAL continued to operate as a charter carrier
