About

Established in 2019, Cascadia Air was a commuter airline for British Columbia owned and operated by Cascadia Northern Air Inc.

In May-2020, Cascadia Air started providing Rapid Emergency Air Delivery (READY) services to fight against COVID-19 to remote communities on Vancouver Island, the Sunshine Coast, Haida Gwaii and the Interior.

On 11-Jan-2023, Cascadia Air announced it will temporarily suspend operations due to an “unsustainable” operating environment driven by higher costs. The carrier stated it is “endeavouring to find a way to resume providing our services in the future”.
