CargoLogic Germany is the German subsidiary of CargoLogicHolding. Based in Leipzig/Halle Airport, the carrier operates e-commerce traffic with services to Central and Western European destinations using Boeing 737-400F aircraft. The cargo carrier secured an air operator's certificate (AOC) from the German CAA (Luftfahrt Bundesamt) and commenced operations on 02-Nov-2019, with Cologne-Paderborn service.

In May-2022, CargoLogicGermany filed for insolvency with Lucas Flöther appointed as the provisional insolvency administrator by Leipzig's district court. The carrier was grounded by Germany's Civil Aviation Authority due to ties with Russia's Volga-Dnepr Group.
