Blue Air Moravia Transportation
About
Blue Air Moravia Transportation was a proposed airline to be based at Brno Airport. The new airline was a JV between Jihomoravská rozvojová společnost, a publicly owned LLC between South Moravian Region and Brno, and Blue Air. A start-up capital of CZK60 million (EUR2.3 million) had been approved for the establishment of Blue Air Moravia Transportation, with plans of launching services to Milan, Rome, Barcelona, Brussels and Lviv using Boeing 737-500 aircraft (from Blue Air). Blue Air Moravia suspended plans to launch in Mar-2018 due to an inability to reach an agreement between Blue Air and South Moravia Region on the launch of services.
