Launching domestic operations on 08-Oct-2014, Apsara International Air was a Cambodian full-service carrier co-owned by Chinese and Cambodian investors and based at Phnom Penh Airport. Apsara operated Airbus A320 equipment. According to the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation, Apsara suspended operations from Nov-2014 after announcing plans to restructure its ownership and operational measures. The airline was scheduled to resume services in Jan-2015 following the completion of the restructure, but failed to relaunch. Plans to resume operations have not been specified.
