Founded in 1992, Alrosa Avia was a Russian charter carrier based at Moscow Vnukovo Airport. The carrier was owned by Russian mining group ALROSA and was a sister carrier of Alrosa Mirny Air Enterprise. Alrosa Avia provided passenger and cargo services, as well as special operations.

The carrier's AOC was revoked in 2008.
