Air Uganda was an airline based at Entebbe International Airport in Uganda. The airline was formed in 2007 with funds from the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development. Air Uganda operated scheduled service to destinations throughout central and eastern Africa.

On 17-Jun-2014,  Uganda's Civil Aviation Authority withdrew the carrier's air operator's certificate following an audit by ICAO.
