About
Air Siem Reap is a proposed Thai carrier to be based at Siem Reap Airport. The start-up is a joint venture between Bangkok Airways and Cambodian businessman Senator Ly Yong Phat. Air Siem Reap submitted an application for an air operator's certificate with the Cambodian State Secretariat of Civil Aviation (SSCA) in 2017. It is expected to operate short haul services in conjunction with parent company, Bangkok Airways. No updates have been provided, it is assumed plans to commence operations have been abandoned.
