Air Guinea-Bissau
About
Air Guinea-Bissau is a proposed start-up to be based at Bissau Osvaldo Vieira Airport. The carrier will be a JV between Guinea-Bissau's Government and Romanian investment group, Tender. The government will hold a 40% stake in the carrier and Tender will hold 60%. The start-up is expected to initially operate Bissau-Dakar, Bissau-Lisbon and Bissau-Praia services with two aircraft before expanding to additional destinations including Banjul, Conakry and Fortaleza. It is assumed plans to commence operations have been suspended.
