Founded in 2021, Air Atlanta Europe is the sister carrier of Air Atlanta Icelandic. The airline operates charter services under the Air Atlanta brand.
Atlas Air Worldwide signed a share purchase agreement on 28-May-2026 to acquire a 49% equity stake in Air Atlanta. The transaction is expected to close in 3Q2026, subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
