Aeroitalia is a long haul carrier based in Italy. The airline plans to form an alliance, rather than competing with Italia Trasporto Aereo (ITA Airways). The carrier plans to focus on long haul flights to South America. Aeroitalia obtained an air operator certificate on 22-Apr-2022 and commenced scheduled operations on 09-Jul-2022.
