Controladora Vuela Compania de Aviacion S.A.B. de C.V. is an ultra low cost carrier group headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico. Established in 2006, the company provides scheduled passenger and cargo services between The United States, Central America and Mexico using a fleet of Airbus A320 family aircraft. The airline group made an Initial Public Offering in Sept-2013, dual listing on the NYSE (VLRS) and Mexico’s BMV (VOLAR). Volaris Group consists of Volaris (Mexico), Volaris Costa Rica and Volaris El Salvador.
