The airline group made an Initial Public Offering in Sept-2013, dual listing on the NYSE (VLRS) and Mexico’s BMV (VOLAR). Volaris Group consists of Volaris (Mexico) and Volaris Costa Rica. Volaris El Salvador is a proposed subsidiary of Volaris Group, scheduled to commence in Sep-2019.
