Regional Express Holdings Limited is an Australian airline holding company that operates carriers; Regional Express (Rex), Air Link and Pel-Air. The company is headquartered in Mascot, Sydney. Incorporated as Australiawide Airlines in 2002, following the merger of Hazelton Airlines and Kendell Airlines, the company was renamed Regional Express Holdings after its listing on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2005.
