Incorporated on 27-Sep-2010, Chorus Aviation Inc. (Chorus) is a Canadian airline holding company headquartered in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Chorus owns regional carrier, Jazz Aviation LP (Jazz) and ACMI charter operator, Voyageur Airways Limited. The company also owns a number of other aviation-related subsidiaries. Chorus is traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the trading symbols of CHR.A and CHR.B.

Chorus Aviation closed the acquisition of Falko Regional Aircraft in May-2022, it was initially announced on 27-Feb-2022. Chorus will acquire 126 aircraft owned or managed by Falko.
