About
Incorporated in 1967, Jotron is a provider of safety communication equipment. The company produced the world's first Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon which was released in 1970. Jotron entered the air traffic control market in 1974 with VHF and UHF radios and recorder systems for civil and military air traffic control as well as coastal and offshore air traffic communication.
