Yangtze River Express awarded Menzies Aviation a contract

to provide ramp handling services at Hong Kong International Airport.

Yangtze River Express will operate 5 weekly flights on behalf of DHL, using B737-300F aircraft. This contract commenced in early April.

The airline serves a number of domestic and international destinations and recently received US permission to operate to Anchorage and Los Angeles.

Paul Smith, Director Asia Pacific for Menzies Aviation plc, said:

"We are very pleased indeed to have won the contract with this rapidly growing Chinese freight carrier. Yangtze River are based in Shanghai, and serve a growing number of domestic and international destinations, and we look forward to being of service here, and elsewhere in our global network as they expand."
