Wataniya and Austrian Airlines sign codeshare; Air Arabia Maroc to launch Casablanca-Tripoli service

Air Arabia Maroc, subsidiary of Air Arabia (-1%), announced plans to launch four times weekly Casablanca-Tripoli service from 31-Oct-2010.

Wataniya Airways, subsidiary of Kuwait National Airways (-2.4%), and Austrian Airlines signed a codeshare and interline agreement covering 19 European destinations from Vienna, as well as Vienna-Beirut service, operated by Austrian Airlines. The agreement commences on 31-Oct-2010.

Air Mauritius (+0.7%) was the only carrier to gain on Wednesday (20-Oct-2010) while Jazeera, Royal Jordanian and Comair remained stable. Lonrho (-1.6%) and 1time (-1%) lost ground.
