Saritha Ramanath:Good afternoon. I'm Saritha, Founder, CEO of Inspire. We are an aviation tech company, and I just want to talk to you about the continuation of the topic, Gen Z and the AI retail. We are at a strategic inflection point in the retail, and we see in— there is Almost a $148 billion market that we can capture. Gen Z is at 40% of the travelers right now. What we have seen is in the airlines, close to 8 airlines that we work with, there's a 37% increase in the lifetime value. We see that Gen Z is able to pay 56% in terms of premium for sustainability products. It could be for their different ancillaries. And what we are looking at is a dual opportunity. Retailing becomes real-time. So the day of purchase, between 24 to 48 hours, we see there is a 2 to 3x of purchases that are happening. And within 24-hour window, there's higher purchase. And especially during disruption, we see a lot of opportunities where this Gen Z is able to purchase. In terms of upsell, whatever you want to do. So what they are buying is upgrade your upgrade seats, your meal, and also in terms of your different lounge and the other ancillaries. And we see an AI opportunity here. And in terms of the total problem that we are looking at, the disruption, that is also something that we are able to look at as. An advantage for the airlines. And in terms of the revenue imperative, we are looking at $148 billion as the revenue imperative that the airlines can look at, especially if you have all your ancillaries as part of your partnerships that you work with different players. And in terms of the winners that we are looking at, we have a bundle of offerings that we have done for airlines. It could be a retail core engine that supports multiple personas. We have done the non-air ancillary marketplace, which provides almost around 24 different ancillaries that airlines can plug and play. We have something which is loyalty beyond miles, where you have flight pass, flight club, and also flight miles, where the airlines are able to pick and choose what they want to offer. And there's also group retail at scale where you, you are, you are able to offer to your members, your travel agents, or even for your corporate members in terms of different solutions for ad hoc series and charter. And there's also a Care Plus, which is our disruption recovery that helps in automated rebooking, recode, and in terms of the entire re-accommodation where we have partnered with hotels, coupons, and the other players around. We are right outside. We have a small booth. If you can just stop by. Also, we have an excellent growth playbook for 2026 that if you are part of the airline revenue team, you could look at. There are 99 growth levers that you could have it as a plan that you could implement within your org. We have around 25 of the AI-enabled features in this book. that we have implemented. Thank you. And lunch is sponsored outside. We request you to join us for lunch.
