Deanna Dow:It's actually phenomenal to go in each week to the site and see the progress that we are making. Every week that we go in the development with over 2,000 employees working hard to get the space complete. We continue to work closely with our airline partners to shape world-class lounges that they will offer at New Terminal One. To date, we have confirmed 18 airline partners to be at New Terminal One for Phase A, and there is 4 dedicated airline lounges that represent all of the major global alliances, and they will occupy over 70,000 square feet of space for those dedicated airline lounges. Earlier this year, we recently announced Plaza Premium Group as the operator of our 2 independent lounges, and they will take over, over 13,000 square feet of space. Wow. One on airside and one on landside. And it's very unique to have a landside space. And we have showers in both, which is fabulous. It's fantastic for business travelers that come from a long-haul flight and need to freshen up before they head into the city. And it's also great because the landside space as well, you're able to drop your bags off there and store them for a couple hours. Wow. As well as you don't need a boarding pass, so family and friends can sit and relax in a comfortable space before saying goodbye to their loved ones. And the Plaza Premium Lounge on airside is Plaza Premium First, which is a top-tier space that they have there. Stay tuned for more exciting announcements. We'll have tons coming up in the next couple of months on restaurants, lounges, and for. Further airlines who are committed to come to the new Terminal One. Our team is collaborating closely with technology vendors and our federal government agency partners to ensure a safe, secure, and seamless experience at security. It's a fantastic feeling to be equated to airports like Dubai and Singapore. Our team has a strong commitment to deliver a transformational gateway to an iconic city like New York City that they have long deserved, and my favorite city. Of course. We're very excited to be developing and operating a terminal that matches New York's reputation and its status as a global crossroads. We offer a strong value proposition for international airlines looking to grow in the key market of New York City. We are truly purpose-built specifically for the needs of international airlines and their customers.
