Rosa Harris:First, we assess our needs. You know, what do we absolutely need to move the needle? We bring our airport partner to the table, as well as our Chamber of Commerce and also Tourism Association, and we talk about opportunities. Everyone has to be on the same page. The Department of Tourism works with everyone. Right. And we're working in tandem with adding value to the Cayman Islands domestic economy. We do business really well. That's the— that is the key to our success. In addition to having beautiful natural environment, persons come here and they're surprised by the many activities there are to do, our stunning beaches, and our history and culture. So hosting this event is so important to educate everyone on what we actually have to offer. Well, meetings and incentives are the fabric to our tourism visitation. We like to think that that's the foundation of all of our business, especially for our larger properties, and then we build from that for transient business. So in having this opportunity, it was an immediate yes. Let's see how this can work with timing and our tourism partners. Our host hotel, Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman, It has just opened. It's less than a year old. So we were positioned very well with capacity to be able to accommodate CAPA and GAD in a very short period of time. We're looking at Latin America to delve deeper beyond Brazil and Argentina, and we're also looking at Europe to expand beyond our London Heathrow service. Now, in saying that, Being able to bring persons in from medium to long-haul destinations, our capabilities at our Owen Roberts International Airport in Grand Cayman is key, which is why the government took the decision to expand our runway to be able to welcome wider-bodied aircraft and diversify our markets. We're so happy that the delegates are here. They're having a great time. We had our First host evening event yesterday on the Westin Resort's beach. Everyone seems to be in a very relaxed mood, happy to be here working as well as enjoying the environment. And what a better marriage with a destination like Cayman to be able to offer what we do for leisure but also conduct business at the same time. Rosa Harris, Director of Tourism at the Department of Tourism.
