Marco Ciomperlik:TUI Airline is an overarching brand for all our AOCs in all our different markets. We operate 140 aircraft across Europe, and our main bases are in the UK, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and in Sweden. Mainly what we stand for is that we are part of a horizontally integrated group and we bring actually our customers to their well-deserved holidays. The COVID crisis impacted of course the whole industry and TUI was amongst the players, right? So therefore we really fought very, very hard to bring us out there. I think we are on the way to recover, but there were some learnings as well. And one of the learnings were, should we operate even closer together with our 5 AOCs under our TUI airline brand? And this is something what we, let's say, consolidated more. And the other topic in terms of our speed of reaction and how we deal with future volatility in the markets, is that we aim for more flexibility. This means that we adjusted our fleet to a year-round capacity model and that we add additional flexible capacity, might be wet lease, might be full charter, might be even allotments to it to deliver the, let's say, the demand the tour operator has in our case to fulfill the operational requirements. When we look at the numbers, then obviously the whole industry has seen a strong recovery from the summer. We have of course seen some impact as well because we are used to deal with crises, but some of those topics I think are staying or will stay for longer. When we look forward, we are really back. We see that people after 2 years couldn't travel, they really enjoy the freedom, so they want to travel. I think it seems that they really figured out what they miss if some things are withdrawn, like in the lockdowns. So our business is really back on track. We see even a good resilience in the customer base, where of course for next year the question is how the inflation impacts customer willingness to spend and so on and so on. But this is something where we are looking very, very positive into the next Optimistic for 2023. We know that there will be new challenges. We know that there are homeworks which we need to deliver, but overall you see me smiling.
