Nick Leonidis:Well, CAE is the global leader in aviation training. Our business is training professional pilots that operate airlines. Today we operate 280 simulators in 55 different locations. We want to set an example and make the point that only 5% of the population in the pilot community is women, and that we need to access that pool of people in order to serve the needs of the growing demand for pilots. It's a scholarship program that selects 5 aspiring pilots to become pilots and role models for CAE Program, and the idea is that we'll follow these five individuals through the journey and hopefully to inspire many others to pursue the profession as professional pilots.
