Michael Clarke:So over the years, we've always offered unique solutions that are based for a particular business role in an airline's operation control center. But over the years, we've seen a growing demand and desire to have a much more integrated decision-making process. Right. So we're developing the Unified Task Board that brings together information and awareness from the entire airline's operations. in a consolidated view, enabling the user to make more informed decisions and having a better understanding of how their individual decisions will impact not just the crew scheduling aspect of the operations, but also the maintenance requirements. What are any additional turnaround management needs in order to minimize the disruption? Is it going to impact how you cater or provision for flights? And also, is there a need for you to fly faster, or to modify your flight plan, to incorporate all of these decision-makings holistically into being able to have a much better decision in order to maximize the utilization of the airline's resources. And so that's coming soon? So the product itself is going to be released later this year in November, and it's going to be more of an evolution than a revolution. So the tool is designed to work seamlessly with our existing portfolio of solutions, and for some early adopters, they may fully adapt and embrace this holistic decision-making process. But airlines have very established business processes, and in some cases they're inhibited by union contract limitations or restrictions. So there is going to be a gradual evolution of airlines moving to it. But I'd say a fair number of airlines have expressed tremendous enthusiasm about adapting this new approach to their operations. And we are well positioned to offer both the traditional vertical solutions as well as this fully integrated solution. So we're investing in our portfolio to ensure that we can support both the traditional way of airlines making decisions as well as what we see as the future of how the airlines should make better decisions in order to truly deliver optimum solutions. It's been a labor of love for many of us in the company, and we are both reacting to the market needs that have come to us, but we're also trying to be forward-thinking to say, how can we change the way in which airlines are making decisions? Because it's evident from what we've seen in the news over the last couple of years that sometimes airlines are making very poor decisions, which lead to poor utilization of their aircraft and poor utilization of their crew members, which ultimately impacts their bottom line in terms of productivity and profitability. And we're just here to help airlines make better decisions so that they can have the necessary resources to continue to work with us as their IT partners.
