David DoctorWhat's really important these days is digitalization. The digitalization of the customer experience, that's what our customers are really looking at today. And in Amadeus, we're accompanying our customers on that digitalization journey. One of the things we're doing also is opening up our platform so you can work with the best in breed experience providers, as well as offering different ways of improving the customer experience. We ourselves are working in partnership with companies like [Flyer]. We have a small investment in them, and they're doing different things on the revenue management side, for example. And we're also working with big players like Adobe. We've just done a recent partnership with Adobe on their customer experience cloud, and that really allows us to bring the strength of both companies together to meet our customer needs, yeah.
There's a lot of experimentation going on, yes, and I think airlines are really starting to embrace ... They've got to try and adapt to the different touchpoints that customers are working with. And they moved into the online space fairly, fairly quickly when online became a big thing. I think now what the airlines are realizing is you need to be in many, many different touchpoints. You've got to be on the mobile. You've got to be in the omnichannel environment. And we're helping bringing all that together for them from a technology perspective. Obviously, the airline wants to decide what their customer experience is, and we enable them on that journey, and with the right technology, the right experience, because we have experience with the other customers we're doing, and basically [inaudible] with the right investments and supporting them evolve their business.
We're a technology provider, so we enable our customers, and we work with our customers. In fact, Amadeus worked with two of the most innovative low-cost long hauls, Norwegian Air Shuttle, and we offer them Altair and Amadeus distribution solutions, and also AirAsia X, we work with them through our Navitaire [inaudible] who are working with a lot of the most successful low-cost carriers around the world. They power 70 airlines worldwide in the low-cost carrier space. And in total, we're working with over 120 low-cost carriers in the hybrid carrier.
