Bob Coffman:It's a first step in, I think, a culture change that needs to occur throughout the industry of airlines showing that they value their people. And the profit sharing announcement isn't just for pilots. What's the benefit? The benefit on the property at American Airlines is actually for all workers who, some of whom previously enjoyed profit sharing plans and some who didn't. That being said, there is a defined process that our board of directors at APA does to determine how they wish to participate in the program or whether they wish to participate in the program, and we're in that deliberative process as we speak. I think that the putting in place the culture, it's relative to the first question regarding the profit sharing, but not just filling a square of showing that you appreciate your employees or appreciate the staff. A true recognition that the staff does contribute to the bottom line. They are the first line of communication with your employees, and they're the people who the employees are exposed to the longest in a time sense in their experience of getting an airplane ticket and then getting off the airplane at their destination. More time with the staff than anybody else. There are almost 15,000 pilots at Allied Pilots Association, many of whom have been ALPA members in the past It is normal to have ebbs and flows in the conversation of evaluating whether or not our current form of governance is working for us or not, and one of the alternatives in a conversation about governance is, of course, ALPA. But there is no concerted effort at this time or a marked effort to rejoin ALPA. We separated in 1963, just for reference.
