Expanding Turkish airport operator and developer, TAV Havalimanlari

Holding AS, has been the target of an investment play by Jersey-based Meinl

Airports International AG. Fresh from its acquisition of Ulan Ude’s Mukhino

Airport, in the Lake Baykal region (the first sale of a Russian airport to a

foreign investor), Meinl Airports International has acquired a 10.1% stake in

TAV for EUR190 million from Goldman Sachs.
