TAV rises on Latvia contract win

Shares in Turkey's Tepe-Akfen-Vie Airports Holding (TAV) rose 2.7% yesterday as the company announced the signing of a contract to construct a new terminal at Latvia's Riga International Airport. TAV will establish a 50-50 joint venture with airBaltic for the project.

It is another significant contract win for the internationally-focused TAV. The company operates Tbilisi and Batumi airports in Georgia, as well as Enfidha and Monastir airports in Tunisia.

Elsewhere, Copenhagen Airport fell 2.7%, AdP and Abertis rose 2.2% and Fraport gained 1.9%.
