The South Korean Government this week revealed a groundbreaking first stage restructuring and privatisation programme involving 41 state-owned enterprises, including Incheon International Airport Corp (IIAC). Privatisation was a key campaign pledge by South Korean President, Lee Myung-Bak, who took office in Feb-08.
