Sharjah International Airport expecting to maintain “stable” rate of growth

Sharjah International Airport reported an 8.0% year-on-year rise in passenger traffic for the first three quarters of 2009, to 4.2 million passengers. Aircraft movements rose only slightly in comparison, up 2.1% year-on-year, to a record 45,022, suggesting stronger load factors for airlines.
