Upgrades for Indonesia's Aceh Muda Airport


SYDNEY (Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation) - Angkasa Pura  II, operator of ten Indonesian airports, announced plans to upgrade Aceh Muda Airport. The project includes:

  • Construction of a new terminal;
  • Upgrade of airport infrastructure to accommodate B747 aircraft;
  • Extension of the runway from 2,500 to 3,500 m.
