SYDNEY (Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation) - Star Alliance founder, Lufthansa, today outlined ambitious plans to extend its airline membership base in China with not one, but two airlines (Beijing-based Air China and Shanghai Airlines) expected to join in 2006.
