Transport Canada fined NAV Canada CAD95,000 for “repeated errors” in the information supplied to pilots, air traffic controllers and other concerned parties in the aviation industry bodies, stretching as far back as 2000. NAV Canada took control of Canada’s Air Traffic Control system in 1996.
