Macquarie Airports looking strong for further opportunities

Macquarie Airports (MAp) reported a 367.8% year-on-year boost

in net profit for the six months ended 30-Jun-07, although this included earnings

from the sales of its interest in Rome and Birmingham airports. Nevertheless,

MAp’s proportionate revenue in the period increased 5.8%, while proportionate

EBITDA rose 9.0%.
