Late Easter impacts airport traffic - SHARE WRAP
Airport traffic results for March will be lower this year in most markets, due to the Easter holiday period falling in April this year.
Already, Mexico's listed airport operators, Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (Asur) and Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico (GAP), have reported 8.7% and 20.4% declines in passenger numbers for Mar-2009, year-on-year. Their shares rose 0.8% and 2.4%, respectively, yesterday.
Elsewhere, TAV Airports' shares rose 5.4%, while Japan Airport Terminal's shares eased 6%.
